Duokan **IS NOT** an alternate OS.
They replace something(s) at a higher level - mostly application layer and maybe some of the framework.

Since we don't know how they will install it, we don't know how to un-install it.
Better that you learn Chinese and ask on their own forum.

Note: You can probably learn Chinese before we can jailbreak 5.6.1
