That happens when the seller is no longer selling the product, and perhaps not selling anything else, either. Account closed, maybe?
I have a product with no CONTACT SELLER button. The product page lists the item as Currently unavailable. They do still have other items for sale on Amazon. Maybe that one got pulled because of my 2 star review

There is a way to get a refund, but no way to contact them from any of those screens.
