What they are saying makes no sense. They never charge me one cent till the phone shipped and that was the cost of the phone + tax and shipping. It sounds like to me that you had a trial going then it charge you a full year when you got the phone that would have tacked another year onto it but seeing you got a refund I can see where this might get sticky.
I'd wait till you have no Prime at all then get the phone and activate it. It will go on sale again just have the money in gift cards ready and remember to order as a gift.
There are some really clueless repts now working on Amazon who are just temp because of the holidays.

Sims 4 is okay. I have it and have done a couple creations for it but Sims 2 is the best and what I mainly create for. I'm currently retexturing a hair as I type.
