How about "a little bit out of the ordinary"?

This piqued my interest. And after investigation it looks like cookbooks about, or with recipes on, preparing "collards" are not all that uncommon, based on the results of a search on Amazon. The search returned 321 hits. Of course, that seems like a big number until you consider that the total number of all of the cookbooks that Amazon sells is 3,375,216,043,105,472,406,369,459,532,005,097,263,

709,298,758,475,029,371,462,931,032,933,810,864,
650,293,653,532,902.
