Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me find the right settings to convert my kindle to pdf format, I was able to do it 3-4 months ago but forgot which settings I used.

My kindle has table of content, pictures, tables, etc.
Everytime I try to convert font is not correct and sizing, table of content doesn't work and ends up being 1000-3000 more pages than the original kindle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
