I don't mind the vibrations and it doesn't interfere with touching the screen. I think with the thinness of the case, we have to expect it. Sound is much better than my iPad 3.

I haven't looked to see if my iPad Air 2 is set for the large speakers, some say that was the problem. I use mine in a TPU backing with a Apple Smart Cover.
