Even if you do, it's still not allowed. If you have a video of the birth, testimony under oath that it's the same person from the doctor, the parents, and from law enforcement who compared the foot print on the birth certificate to the person standing in from of them, it's still not allowed because
Wikipedia doesn't allow the use of primary sources as citations.
