Just to be clear though, how does one create new folders. I don't see that option anywhere either. The only way it lets me if I push stuff on top of each other, then click the folder and delete the name it gave it as default, app 4 etc. Then I change that name. I can't see anywhere on the home page a way to just create folders and then push something in them.
I'm still gonna see if I can delete those extra folders. It's a mess. The key thing here is that you can still make folders with the same name and same apps. So that's a plus.

That's the only way I know of to make folders.
