Did you check your spam folder? I decided to let my order stand but I did buy a cheap slimfit from ebay to tide me over as I was finding my old Oberon cover (beautiful as it is) a bit cumbersome. |
I have Windows live so all my emails from my various email address come into my laptop. I get the spam and they drop into the individual spam folders, I've seen nothing and I ordered on the 9th. None of the emails back and forth now about the refund have dropped into spam so tbh I have no idea what happened, all I know is the first I knew of the problem was my email on the 5th Dec asking if it had been shipped as I hadn't heard anything.
I have the Kobo Sleepcover so I'm fine now. I wanted the Slimfit as it was waterproof but I doubt I'd buy it from them now. I'll use a cheap ebay case on holiday and if it gets damaged I'll just replace it.
