I need a test from someone with an Aura, Aura HD or Aura H2O. Or all three. And a Mini too I suppose.
The useragent that is being reported for the browser on my Glo and Touch is:
Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.0; en-us;) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1 (Kobo Touch)
I would like to check the other devices have the same useragent. The simplest way to see this is to visit a site like
http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ using the browser on the device. If someone can post what is displayed, that would be good.
And just in case, if someone has a Kobo tablet, I'd be interested to see what they use.
As I have made the changes needed for calibre, if someone wants to run from source and check they work, that would be good. The attached file has two python files that go into "src\calibre\library\server". Start the server, visit the site using the browser on the device and try to download a kepub. When prompted the book should have the extension "kepub.epub" and be added to the library as a kepub. If you use a non-Kobo device or browser, downloading the kepub should download it with the extension "kepub".
And I should mention a bug in the browser. If you cancel a download, you cannot start another until the browser is restarted.
