I can wait until Xmas. I love to wrap my own present, then put it under the tree. We open our presents on the 24th, and of course it is nicer to watch the kids open theirs but I also am excited with mine. My Birthday is on the 17th and I do the same for that.

My kids themselves will now go shopping with me for their Xmas presents (I do buy some alone as a surprise too) and then help me put the bags in the "secrets" closet, and then will always make a big fuss about not opening the closet anymore. It is hilarious.
They are 14 and 10, but the little one does not believe in Santa since she was 6 (thank you kids at school...) and yet they are still totally into the magic of being together, decorating the house, having nice food and opening our presents together.
