Maybe she prefers Terminal.app I prefer guake myself in a lot of ways.

Apparently Mac power users tend to prefer Path Finder.

Can you say you prefer to use Windows' builtin Windows Explorer? Or do you prefer Explorer++ or similar alternatives?

On Windows AND Mac, the companies in charge tend to lag behind in features that third-party programs nailed down long ago.
Linux of course is just a collection of third-party programs.
