Calibre was developed under and runs natively on Linux. It uses Qt libs, for crying out loud. Why would you bother installing the Windows version through Wine?

If you really, really (really?) want the Windows version, I guess you could install a lite version of Windows 7 using VirtualBox, in a 5-10 GB .vdi file, just for Calibre.
