Was able to test the Sony again today, still got same problem.
Looking at the Device view in calibre, All the book entries are wrong. Several entries have the same titles (from a series), but looking at the actual path/filename, the files are o.k., just seem to be being listed incorrectly an thus matched to Library entries incorrectly too.
