I checked the list and Lex Luthor didn't appear. It's likely that at present Lex Luthor (in DC Comics' New 52) doesn't have nearly the financial resources he had before the reboot (where he was one of the richest and most powerful men on the planet, so much so that [in Justice League Unlimited] he said to The Question (I think this is the quote: "President? Do you know how much power I'd have to give up to be president?]).
