I'm running 5.4.5 now. It all seems to be working. I'm contemplating bumping to 5.4.5.1 for the footnotes fix now. Thank you for the help.

edit: Which I see that 5.4.5.1 didn't fix the footnotes thing. 5.4.5 sounds like a good place to stop.
