Interesting. I will try to recreate this and track it down. To do that I will need 2 things:

1. please post for me the epub you have been using. If you need/want it to be private, you can PM me KevinH with a link. Do not post copywritten material here.

2. Exact Steps you used to create the problem.

I did notice from the backtrace that the error is happening in the Previewer. Would you please turn off the Previewer in the Sigil menus, and see if the problem goes away when deleting images. Edit - yes DiapDealer has the same thought!
