Hmm, most of these books are not actually published by Harlequin (at least on the first 5 or so pages). Rhonda Nelson has written for Harlequin, but Double Dare was self-published in digital (originally published by Zebra). The only actual Harlequin titles I saw were the More Than Words short stories and the Harlequin Holiday Collection (which has always been free, these are stories originally published on the website). And the freebie first volumes of the 36 Hours series which Harlequin split into three parts trying to cash in on the seriel bandwagon.
