One more piece(s) of trivia concerning sugar addiction:
Since 1999, consumption of sugar has dropped slightly and in 2010 the average American consumed 132 pounds (to put that into perspective, consider that the number was just 4 pounds in the year 1700).
Are y'all tired of me posting about sugar? If anyone is, let me know... It is the Holiday Season afterall.
