Apply KBStartMenu_06_bugfix_01.zip (conf. previous post)

For devices the FW is meant for (Glo, Aura, Aura HD, Aura H2O)

enable wifi
select "tools > checkbattery.sh" to see whether the battery is sufficently charged
select "tools > Kobo FW update.msh > download FW.sh" (after a while the download will start; during the download you will see the update animation)
select "unzip FW to kobo.msh > mark4 3.12.0.zip > extract" (you will see the update animation while the content is being extracted)
select "handle update > install partial update" (while the device is updating, you will see the update animation)

For devices the FW is not meant for

select "handle update > install partial update" (while the device is updating, you will see the update animation)

I tested this on Touch (C-model) and Glo.
