Evernote and OneNote are my favorite "cross platform syncing" note apps. I started with Evernote as it was out years earlier. My only complaint is that I will some day run afoul of the free-tier limit. OneNote is free.

So, if I were starting today, I'd go with OneNote unless you have Msft Derangement Syndrome.
