It's only the Square Trade dept within Amazon that's the problem, the lady at Square Trade wondered if it's a training thing as they have an agreement with Amazon that the dept within Amazon do all Warrenty refunds, transfers etc, but when her supervisor talked to them yesterday they refused point blank to do anything. They never realised the Amazon dept was like that.
