Square Trade themselves couldn't have been more helpful and they have also experienced the appalling level of service from Amazon and apparently they will be raising it higher. (At least that's what I've been told)

Happy that you've got it sorted out. I'm really surprised that you had such trouble from Amazon: customer service is generally something they excel at.
