My experience was awful. After enduring the pre ordering hassle and finally raising an A-Z claim to get my refund I succumbed (lured by the 5 star reviews) and ordered a case recently. It was faulty, it drained my Voyage battery overnight and what's worse it jammed my screen so the screen didn't show the battery was dead. I nearly had heart failure trying to get my Voyage to work until I got it out of the case, plugged it in and realised it was dead. Then it took half an hour before I saw any life in my Voyage.
I contacted them, it look 3 emails to get a response, I had to pay return postage which they promised to refund. They didn't, so I had to chase them for the return postage (it became a principal issue rather than the cost in the end)
I wouldn't touch them again if they were the last company producing covers.
Ohh and they offer free products for particularly good reviews, so I now doubt the five star reviews are genuine.
