I'm waiting for a call back later today from someone in the Amazon Square Trade's debt. I'm also ringing Square Trade direct via the UK website's number as they are a separate area. I'll mention to my husband about the credit card charges but we both work for the bank and it's not as simple as it sounds, in the UK chargeback is only used under specific circumstances and I don't think our situation qualifies.
I'm just so angry right now. Both polices were bought through Amazon correctly, so I don't understand A) what happened to the Voyage policy and B) how they could allow me to buy a HD6 policy that doesn't cover my purchase price. My Fire was listed as the eligible device.
I've always had square trade policies for my Kindls in the past, but no more.
