I was able to build Sigil (0.8.2) using the MinGW Open Source Windows compiler. It uses the MinGW precompiled version of Qt5.3.2. I'd appreciate it if people would see if it works for them. I've tried it on XP (and no, it still doesn't get around the sse2 processor requirement), Vista, and Win7.

It's 32-bit only, but I've not had any issues so far (including on Win7 64-bit).
