Lag causes in Android: RAM use and cache needs cleaning

The things that make an Android device lag:

1. too much RAM use. Make sure you're running at least 100 MB of free RAM. If not, then exit running apps/services, or if they keep reappearing, remove them or replace them with less RAM-hungry apps. Other things that eat up RAM:
· too many widgets
· too many apps installed. If you uninstall 30 apps, you'll see an increase in free RAM. Having 150 apps installed should be ok.

2. too much cache use. Fix: Use a cache-cleaning app occasionally. I use App Cache Cleaner but there are plenty of others.
