I don't browse Internet or use free wifi hotspots, rarely. I don't trust those connections. I prefer the LTE or 4G capability of my cellphone, unless I'm at home of course. Harder to crack or sniff.

It all depends on how you use your device. Everyone has different needs and priorities. I don't need data and rarely use wifi hotspots. Things I see other people using data for can wait until I get home.

Prime was a major reason why I got the Fire Phone. I had to renew anyway, so I only paid $100.
