Thanks! I haven't noticed this indexing thing (I don't have many books on my Kindle yet, so that may be why). How long does indexing take and can I still use my Kindle while it's indexing? Should I check to see if it's indexing anything before I put it to sleep so that it can finish?
(I don't think my Sonys ever did this sort of task.)
