1. Can you add the ability to schedule the scheduler? By this I mean that even when manually modifying the scheduled task, it gets reset to run every two minutes. I use my laptop quite frequently without an internet connection, and could tolerate Sunrise trying to update say every 30 minutes. But every two minutes is extreme, so I end up having to disable the update feature, and then I forget that I've disabled it.
I have a laptop as well, and a workaround that I use is to disable the Windows Task Scheduler integration (View => Preferences... => General tab => Autoupdate => check "Disable Windows Task Scheduler integration").

You can still have Autoupdate enabled, but automatic updates will only occur if Sunrise XP is running...so if you shut down Sunrise XP while you're off-line, your PC will not attempt to update.

When online, run Sunrise XP; as long as the autoupdate option is enabled (the stopwatch icon depressed at the right hand end of the toolbar along the top), Sunrise XP should perform scheduled updates.

I have noted occasionally the updates don't run if Sunrise XP is minimized for a long period of time, but this can be remedied by clicking "Update Due" under the Update drop down menu, or pressing CNTRL-F5.

One other quirk I've noted, is that the "Last Update" field does not always update properly. A workaround I've found for that is to right click on the document, select "Properties", and then click "Ok" without changing anything. This appears to force an update of the document fields, including the "Last Update" and "Last Modified" fields.

Thanks Laurens for a great utility!
