Good Morning All,

Yes, I've found a workaround for this problem, act as follows:

1) Load E-books into Calibre using "Add-Books one book per directory" from the input directory
2) Use "Edit Meta-Data in Bulk" to add a generated cover
3) Use save to disk to export the data, make sure the output format is identical to the input format.
4) Replace the *.jpg files in the output directory with the ones you want to use, make sure the names are exactly the same. (I've used the xcopy /s command to do this).
5) Delete the E-books from Calibre.
6) Load E-books into Calibre using "Add-Books one book per directory" but this time use the above named output directory.
7) And, whalla, you have your E-books with the covers you want!!

There may be other ways to achieve this but for now I'm fine, still, a load from disk option in Calibre would save a lot of work.

Anyway, many thanks for the responses and keep reading those books...

Kind greetings,

Guido
