198.199.85.190 is not associated with us. It redirects to
http://www.mobilerad.com/ (<-- notice the missing e) which Google search tells me is a manufacturer of portable x-ray machines.
@Glorfindel, as Harry suggested, it is most likely related to your Kindle trying to connect to the old IP address for some reason.
