Anyone know what FBReader for Windows is written in?

It's an open source project, so there might be an opportunity for a developer who likes e-books to contribute some dropbox sync functionality similar to the Android solution!?

I see that there are threads all over the web looking for book and progress synching across Windows and Android. My guess is that iPad users are more likely to sync to MacOS.
