Well, I'll give them credit on one front at least. While their DRM is seriously annoying, they are VERY good about resetting max devices and/or machines that the software is running on. I have to rebuild my main machines a LOT, and have to call them at least once a year, sometimes more. They're always very willing to reset. Of course, if they didn't have DRM, they wouldn't have to reset it for me every year.
