Help, please. I just got a Nook HD. When I first plugged it in, I got the message "Do you want Calibre to manage MyNook?" However, we had a power blip and the message disappeared off my computer before I could say yes. I can't get the message back which means I can't put my books onto my new Nook. Can anyone help?
