It is a Windows tablet?

I know we have some stickies in the Windows devices subforum, but I really have no experience with it.

Windows as a platform doesn't really have a large ereading crowd, between desktop/laptops which are too bulky and Windows Phone/tablets which have so little market penetration.
You could use calibre itself, if you don't mind not having annotations support beyond simple bookmarking. It has touchscreen support too.

I believe I have heard mention of Sumatra PDF reader as well (it does EPUB also).
