I don't suppose Kobo is paying attention. Its unsatisfying customer service, not the comparative quality of its device, lost bcgirl as a customer.

I do not wish Kobo ill. I like their devices too much. But I too had an unsatisfying experience with their customer service and really do wish they will improve it because if it does not I will likely look elsewhere for my next reader.
