Best ereader app for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition yesterday & awaiting delivery. Reason I stuck with Android instead of getting the Ipad Air2 is I do not want to give up this great app! Right now I am using it on my Nook HD+ & it works great. Hopefully, there is nothing in Samsung's "Touch Whiz" overlay that will create a problem in using CC. If there is, please advise!

Also, I need some advice on what ereader app to get that will play nice with Calibre Companion. I use epub format exclusively & do not read on my phone so sycing is not a big deal. I looked @ Aidiko but the downside there is that it looks like when it imports it creates a duplicate copy of the file which takes up more room on the device. Please let me know what you recommend that will play nice with CC.

Also, how do I set things up so both CC & the ereader app are able to find the books? On my Nook HD there is no issue with this as the books are transferred via CC into myfile/books. I would like to recreate this situation if I can for purposes of ease of use. Which ereader would accomplish this with the least amount of hassle & without creating a duplicate book?
