No it doesn't. The conversion always uses the original_xxx version for the conversion.

I just hate those epub builders that really use this settings,if you read the book under an angle the txt is almost under the bezel.
Others use the   5 times at every line that has to justify in stead of using a tag for it so the margins slider doesn't work and the align left doesn't work.
That means open the epub and delete all of them.
But if the patch introduces new problems,it is still better to use Calibre,thanks !
Why don't you just adjust the margins in the font settings on the The first setting should be enough prevent the bezel shadow appearing on the text.

You can also put a file called "kobo_extra.css" in the root directory of the device and set the appropriate option in the device driver. This is added to the stylesheets in the epub when the book is sent to the device. You can use this to override the styles in books.
