What format video files can be added to an EPUB with Sigil
FLV and SWF files add into the Misc folder and can't be selected with the Insert File tool
MP4 files add into the Video folder and can be selected with the Insert File tool, but they wont play in ADE (all I see is the video label), and in EPUBReader MP4's are reported as 'corrupt'.
In Sigil Preview and calibre viewer all I see this, the play button does nothing:
At this stage I don't much care which format or what reader (for Windows), Sigil Preview would do.
