My T2 has lighter (thinner, I think, by design) fonts than my Nook. I like the Nook's fonts -- well two of them anyway. I never use the non-serif fonts. I'm not running down the Sony's screen, however -- it's sharp, but its fonts, though good in bright light, are a bit harder for me to read in lower light situations. I also like where the Nook places it's page turn buttons (two sets, one on each side) much better than the one set of buttons on the bottom of the T2.
