It's not a good media player. It uses a dual-core CPU with only 0.5GB RAM and 4GB storage.

I wouldn't accept anything less than a quad-core CPU with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage/ 32GB mSD slot. I picked up an LG Volt with those specs for $30 from RadioShack (using a $10 off email promo). Even at the full BF sale price of $40, it's a great buy for use as a media player; and it's still on sale.
