I can't really claim to have a good answer. I have a kindle with about 80% of my ebooks on it, bought from Amazon and never going anywhere near my PC. Then I have calibre for the rest, which all go on both of my other readers, and I use whichever one is to hand. I haven't used the nook for ages. It's probably due a run out, soon.
