Put me in the download only camp. streaming here = broken music and zero surfing available.
For mobile, we listen to satellite, rather than waste cell bandwidth (or could load up an MP3 player or the HD on my radio, which I don't bother with). Don't use phone for music, anyway, as that kills the battery.
Here, I listen on real speakers and "stream" from our NAS, at full sound resolution, anyway. We could listen for perhaps a year (maybe more) with no repeats and not need to pay for yet another internet service that wouldn't work, anyway.
