If the books are still in your calibre library, then yes by using CC/calibre's is-read sync facility. You would sync the read info up from the old tablet then down to the new tablet.

To set this up:
  1. In calibre create a Yes/No custom column named however you want.
  2. Connect the old tablet as a wireless device. Let the sync finish. Disconnect the tablet. This step is required for CC to know about the column you just created.
  3. On the old tablet, go to CC's settings, scroll down to "Marking Books Read". Tap to open the sub-settings screen.
  4. Scroll down to "Sync column for Read". Tap it.
  5. Select the column you made in calibre. Press OK.
  6. Tap "back" until you have left settings.
  7. Wait for the "database upgrade" to finish.
  8. Connect to calibre as a wireless device. The read info will upload to calibre.
Repeat steps 2 - 7 on the new tablet. The read info will be populated from calibre's column.
