Tom: I once had a housemate that owned an Irish setter. We had set up an exercise bike in the garage for rainy weather ... every time Shannon (the dog) saw one of us hop on the bike, he would run up beside the bike, and the minute we started to peddle, the dog would run ahead full speed .... into the garage door .... over & over & over .... he never could figure out why the bike didn't move ...
