Did you have anything custom installed & setup, besides the JB?
Either something went wrong with the migration, and it's not our fault, or you were running a custom piece of code that is catastrophically broken on FW 5.6.x., but given the fact that an official update wipes most everything, I'm gonna blame that one on Amazon or a badly timed hardware mishap.

Either way, if you don't have USBNet or the Rescue Pack installed, and can't/won't open it up to get serial access, you're most likely screwed.

Start by checking if you can get it to show up over USB during boot, after a hard-reboot, this way you might at least be able to do a hard factory-reset to revive it, but you'll lose the JB (and a way to JB it, since you're now running 5.6.1).
