[ I think I had a fuzzy brain moment. I was thinking back to when a collection would always have had the cloud entries in it, greyed out. I was thinking that NOW a starred collection wouldn't show up if none of its books were downloaded, but clearly a brand newly created collection can be empty, so that's not a problem. Ignore me. I'm clearly not all here today. ]
