Glad to be able to draw a line under this. After exchanging screenshots I realised the file sent to me was different to the one in their screenshot. When I pointed this out I immediately got a link to the correct one and everything worked as it was supposed to. Overall I'm delighted with the machine. The support service works well but you have to be tenacious and I find this forum is helpful as whoever monitors it seems much more attentive and knowledgeable. It was a little irritating to keep receiving the same instructions as if I was a little clueless and didn't understand them so by repeating the exact same instructions I would miraculously get it. I went with arta tech as they delivered with amazon who make me feel much more secure when it comes to returns, refunds etc but after looking through this forum and how booxter deals with his customers I'm sorry I didn't go with him. Overall I would say a frustrating drawn out experience with people who are clearly capable but disinterested in customer satisfaction. In fact despite it taking over a week to resolve this and it not being my fault in the implementation of their instruction at no time was there any regret expressed that they weren't getting to the bottom of it. I genuinely hope this feedback helps as it is a fantastic device and I would like to see it thrive globally.
