Have replied with my own screenshot as it still hasn't worked - only difference I can see between two screenshots is the name of the file you sent me vox_en-gb_amy22 ends in v on mine and i on yours. When I do as you suggest the message NO VOICE FILES FOUND comes up. It also fails to play a sample. On a positive note I now feel you are trying to understand my problem.
